A native of Jackson, Mississippi and the son of an architect father and an artist mother,
Bob Canizaro has practiced architecture since 1969. His resume includes courthouses,
hospitals, laboratories, churches, offices, retail shops, residences, schools and a major airport. He has been honored with design awards by members of his
profession for many of these works.
Bob has studied architecture at the University of Notre Dame and the University
of Pennsylvania with Lou Kahn. He practices Architecture with Canizaro Cawthon Davis in Jackson, Mississippi.
Bob studied Art at the University of Pennsylvania, Millsaps College, Tougaloo College, the Mississippi Art Colony and the
Cochran Gallery of Art. His work has been exhibited in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Jackson, Mississippi and Vicksburg, Mississippi and is in many
private collections.
